Who we are, and where the responsibility sits

01 · THE ORGANISATION

Curain.ai is operated by [ENTITY] Ltd, registered in [Hong Kong / Singapore], company no. [—]. We design, organise, coordinate and accompany the programme, and we are your counterparty and point of accountability throughout. We arrange access to clinical care; we do not provide it.

02 · MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY

All diagnosis, treatment and prescribing decisions are made by licensed physicians of Boao International Hospital, within their clinical governance. Traditional Chinese medicine on this programme is provided alongside — never instead of — your existing medical care. We describe what we do and what we measure; we do not promise outcomes. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of it is for emergencies.

03 · NO REFERRAL COMMISSIONS

We take no per-patient referral commissions from hospitals or clinics, and our published prices are the same for everyone. Travel-advisor commission exists on the travel side of the programme only, and is disclosed on the trade page.

04 · PRIVACY — PIPL & GDPR

This website collects only: name, email, nationality, preferred time window, and an optional one-line note. We do not collect medical history, prior reports, medication lists, imaging or genetic information online. Detailed medical information is collected offline, after written informed consent and a separate cross-border data-processing consent, under China’s PIPL and — for EEA/UK residents — the GDPR. Your report is issued by the hospital and sent directly to you; we do not build a database of your health data. Non-essential cookies are off by default.

05 · TERMS & REFUNDS, IN SHORT

The suitability call is free. The date hold is fully refundable: within 14 days of payment for any reason, at any time before medical suitability review completes, and automatically if our physicians conclude the course is not appropriate. The balance is due 30 days before arrival; cancellation terms past that point are set out in writing before you pay it. Full terms are provided with your booking documents.
