We describe what we do and what we measure. We do not promise outcomes.

Your course is led by senior physicians at Boao International Hospital — built with the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine — including physicians in the lineage of a National Master of Chinese Medicine.

04 — THE MEASUREMENT
Structured in English. The same panels, the same laboratory, the same equipment on day one and day fifteen. Imaging in DICOM. Findings mapped to the guidelines your own physician uses. We will speak to them directly if you would like us to.
What we measure spans blood chemistry and inflammation, metabolic markers, heart-rate variability and sleep, validated pain and function scales — agreed with you at baseline, repeated identically at exit.

Chinese medicine is not a substitute for surgery, for emergency care, or for the first-line treatment of serious disease. If you are acutely unwell, you should not get on a plane — you should see a doctor where you are.
What we do well is the long, slow, unglamorous work: chronic pain, exhaustion that has not resolved, recovery that has stalled, the years-long complaints that your own system has run out of answers for.

The course runs at Boao International Hospital in the Lecheng pilot zone — a 560-bed hospital built to tertiary standards with the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a dedicated TCM centre, its own guest floors, and a villa recovery quarter — not a resort compound. GETTING HERE
For North America, connect through Hong Kong — it does not count as entering mainland China, so your visa-free entry to Hainan stays valid. We meet every guest at the airport.
TWO RULES, STATED PLAINLY
Arrive from outside the mainland. Fly into Haikou, Sanya or Boao directly from abroad (Hong Kong connections qualify). Entering another mainland city first voids the visa-free route.
Stay within Hainan. The 30 visa-free days apply to the island only — which is where everything in your course happens anyway.
